This Privacy Policy explains how OneToolkit (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use it. By using the app you agree to this policy.
We do not ask you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise GPS location. We do not maintain our own servers or databases that store your personal content.
OneToolkit is a utility toolkit (QR codes, document scanning, OCR/text recognition, image and PDF tools, background removal, watermarking, video tools, hashing, and similar features). The files and content you choose to work with are handled as follows:
The camera is used only for features you start, such as capturing a photo, scanning a QR code, or scanning a document. Camera images are processed on your device for that feature and are not collected by us.
If you use a voice/speech feature, the app records audio only while that feature is active. Speech-to-text is performed by your device’s speech recognition service, which is typically provided by Google or your device manufacturer. Depending on your device and settings, that service may process the audio on-device or on its own servers under its own privacy policy. We do not store your recordings.
The app is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process certain data, including your device’s advertising ID, IP address, coarse (IP-based) location, device information, and ad-interaction data. This data is used to deliver and measure ads and, with your consent, to personalize them.
Optional “Pro” features may be offered through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your credit card or payment details. Google processes purchase information under its own terms and privacy policy.

The app uses the Android Photo Picker and the system file picker, so it does not request broad access to your photos or files.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your files or content with third parties. The only data sharing that occurs is the limited data processed by Google for the advertising, consent, and billing services described above.
Because content is processed on your device, we do not retain it. Files you create stay on your device until you delete them. Data handled by Google’s advertising and billing services is retained according to Google’s policies.
OneToolkit is a general-purpose utility app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
Since your content stays on your device, its security depends largely on your device’s protections (screen lock, encryption, and OS updates). Data transmitted to Google’s services is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. Because we do not hold personal data about you ourselves, most such requests relating to advertising should be directed through your device’s ad settings or to Google. The app may be used worldwide. Where Google’s services process data, that processing may occur on servers located in countries other than your own, subject to Google’s safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
